IF YOU ARE ENROLLED WITH THE VA IN LEBANON, CALL 717-272-6621 EXTENSION 4582 TO VERIFY YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE SERVICES AT DARRELL M. SIPE HEARING. NOTE: THE PERSON YOU CONTACT WHEN CALLING INITIALLY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON ELIGIBILITY OF SERVICES.
