Dr. Matthew Burr is an experienced independent Doctor of Optometry and is seeing patients Tuesdays in the Thistle Hill Medical Center. He is an in-network provider with VBA and most EyeMed plans (Advantage, Access, Insight, and Aetna plans).  NVA is accepted for materials (eyeglasses and contacts) in both offices. We will gladly submit insurance claims for any out-of-network members.
